影响蒸发器传热因素

     换个角度来说,从传热学角度来看,尽管蒸发器的形式比较多,但是一般都属于间壁式换热器,即制冷剂与被冷却介质在换热壁两侧进行热交换。在制冷剂一侧,制冷剂通过汽化相变吸热。而另一侧,被冷却介质总是连续地流过换热间壁,根据工艺要求放出显热或全热后被冷却或液化或冻结。

     通常情况下,蒸发器是制冷装置中的主要热交换设备。和冷凝器一样,蒸发器的传热墩和热交换面积、传热温差和传热系数有关。对已选定的蒸发器而言,热交换面积是一定的,因此除适当提高蒸发器的传热温差之外,主要是设法提高蒸发器的传热系数。而传热系数的提高取决于冷热流体的热物理性质、流动状况、传热面特性以及燕发器的结构性能等因素。同样,分析这些因素有利于在蒸发器的设计、安装、管理、操作维修中采取相应的措施来提高其传热效果。
